Scholar Program Associate

About the Role

Hope Chicago seeks a mission-aligned professional to join the Program Team as its first Scholar Program Associate. Under the guidance of the Director of Postsecondary Access and Success, the Associate will strengthen and streamline incoming and outgoing Scholar communications, leveraging existing systems and platforms and leading enhancements or additions to them. A successful candidate must have a personal passion for and professional commitment to equitable access to learning opportunities for young people and adults alike, with a particular focus on communities that have been underestimated and lacked investment.
